Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Wanderora Journey website or booking any travel package with us. By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, making a booking, or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Our Services

Wanderora Journey is a Jaipur-based travel business offering destination-based travel packages across India. Our services may include itinerary planning, hotel arrangements, transport coordination, sightseeing, booking assistance, and customer support, depending on the package selected. The exact inclusions and exclusions for each booking will be mentioned in the relevant package details or booking confirmation.

2. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is treated as confirmed only after the required payment is received and confirmation is issued by Wanderora Journey through email, message, invoice, or booking record. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Package pricing may vary based on destination, season, hotel category, transport type, occupancy, inclusions, and supplier availability. Certain bookings may require full payment, while others may be secured with an advance payment followed by balance payment before travel.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for reviewing package details carefully before booking and for ensuring that the selected package is suitable for their travel needs. Travelers must carry valid identification and any documents required for hotel check-in, transport, permits, or sightseeing access.

5. Changes to Packages

Travel services depend on third-party suppliers such as hotels, transport operators, local partners, and activity providers. In some cases, we may need to make reasonable changes to hotel selection, itinerary order, vehicle type, pickup timing, or sightseeing sequence due to operational requirements, weather, local restrictions, traffic, safety concerns, or supplier availability. Where possible, a suitable alternative of comparable value will be arranged.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the applicable package terms, supplier conditions, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refund eligibility may depend on notice period, non-refundable components, supplier deductions, and services already arranged or delivered.

If a separate Refund & Cancellation Policy is published on this website, it should be read together with these Terms and Conditions and will apply in addition to them.

7. No-Show and Unused Services

No-shows, missed departures, late arrivals, early departures, or unused services after the trip begins are generally non-refundable unless otherwise confirmed in writing. This may include hotel nights, transfers, sightseeing, meals, or entry tickets included in the package.

8. Travel Risk and Insurance

Travel may involve risks such as delays, weather disruption, illness, accidents, road conditions, political or local disturbances, and supplier-related issues. Customers are responsible for assessing whether a trip is suitable for their health, age, and physical condition. We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance, including medical and trip interruption coverage where relevant.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wanderora Journey acts as a booking and coordination provider for travel-related services and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from delays, cancellations, missed connections, supplier failures, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability, if any, will be limited to the amount actually paid to us for the affected booking component, except where a greater liability is required by law.

We are not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, defaults, or failures of airlines, hotels, transport providers, activity operators, payment processors, or other third-party service providers involved in fulfilling the booking.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, landslides, severe weather, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, road closures, government restrictions, civil unrest, technical outages, or supplier shutdowns. In such situations, refunds, credits, rescheduling, or alternative arrangements will depend on supplier policies and operational feasibility.
