4. Customer Responsibilities

• Travelers must report on time for pickups, transfers, departures, and check-ins.

• Any loss caused by incorrect information provided by the customer will remain the customer’s responsibility.

5. Changes to Packages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wanderora Journey acts as a booking and coordination provider for travel-related services and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from delays, cancellations, missed connections, supplier failures, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability, if any, will be limited to the amount actually paid to us for the affected booking component, except where a greater liability is required by law.

We are not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, defaults, or failures of airlines, hotels, transport providers, activity operators, payment processors, or other third-party service providers involved in fulfilling the booking.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, landslides, severe weather, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, road closures, government restrictions, civil unrest, technical outages, or supplier shutdowns. In such situations, refunds, credits, rescheduling, or alternative arrangements will depend on supplier policies and operational feasibility.
